Self-empathy is so important! We have to be gracious to ourselves so that we can be resilient. We can’t compare ourselves to others because we are all on our own journey. We have to acknowledge our own emotions and self-assess! Our identity evolves as we grow and we change based on the environment around us. Grape job team, very well done!

Fantastic presentation! I’ve never thought of empathy in this context and it is a great reminder to take a step back and look at your own life to encourage yourself and grow from.
